This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and explains when and how you can get a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Full Report — 14-day refund. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Refunds are processed by our payment provider. There are no conditions or exceptions, and this applies even after the Report has been generated and delivered to you.
Compare & Monitor. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@clarityintel.ai; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You may request a full refund of a charge within 14 days of that charge.
These refund rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
